\"DSC_0378\"<\/a>Il pi\u00f9 antico ristorante di Roma, secondo una indagine accurata che ne ha rintracciato l\u2019origine, risalente al 1528 e forse, addirittura, al 1450 \u00e8 La Campana<\/strong>, tra via della Scrofa e piazza Nicosia<\/em>. Antica stazione di posta (una sala, come dimostra un documento del 1854 affisso alla parete, era adibita a rimessa delle vettura dei cavalli) \u00e8 ricordata da Goethe<\/strong><\/em> nelle sue Elegie Romane<\/em>, in cui si cita anche una certa cameriera a cui il grande scrittore tedesco avrebbe rivolto le proprie attenzioni. \"ristorante-la-campana2-592x444\"<\/a>Altri personaggi, pi\u00f9 vicino a noi, si sono seduti ai tavoli della Campana: il Duca d\u2019Aosta<\/em>, Picasso<\/em>, Guttuso<\/em>, Pasolini<\/em>, Soraya<\/em> e molte altre celebrit\u00e0 che del ristorante, oggi come ieri, apprezzano l\u2019aria simpaticamente familiare, il servizio cordiale \u2013 sia l\u2019ospite un VIP o un cliente anonimo \u2013 ed il fascino senza tempo suggerito dagli arredi e dal men\u00f9 tradizionale, arricchito da piatti a base di pesce: bucatini all\u2019amatrician<\/em>a, spaghetti al tonno<\/em>, coda alla vaccinara<\/em>, vignarola<\/em> (misto di ortaggi in un soffritto di olio, cipolla e guanciale), baccal\u00e0 in umido<\/em> e tutte le variazioni canoniche sul tema ittico (al sale, ai ferri ecc.).
